How do I deactivate a CM who no longer needs access to Duett?

  1. For this example, we will deactivate CM Shea Elsrod. All cases by this CM on the dashboard needs archived. Click the ID for each care request listed.

2. Once in the case, click archive.

3. Click and open the drop down menu.

4. Select “client circumstances have changed”.

5. Click archive.

6. Once each care request has been archived, click “Users”.

7. Search the Case Manager’s name to pull up their account.

8. Click the box next to CM name. Click Deactivate.
