Why can’t I add a client who is already in Duett? Why am I getting an error?
The CM creates a care request and may not realize that the client already has a profile in Duett. If the client has an exisiting profile an error will pop up.
2. The CM needs to use the search function to search for the client. CM to verify using all demographic information in the profile that correct client is selected.
