Submissions have been received by providers. How do I match to the chosen provider?
Best practice is for CM to post the care request and wait 24 hours. This allows for all providers to log into Duett and view the request. After 24 hours, CM to send list of providers who have notified to the client. After client chooses provider, CM must go back to Duett and “match” to the chosen provider. Click into the care request. The status must show submissions received.
2. Once in the case, click match to the chosen provider.
3. Click confirm.
4. The chosen provider will show as “matched”. Click “x” to exit. Do not archive a matched case.
