What can a provider see in the care request?

Zip code, age, and gender are shared with the providers who are logged into Duett. All other info is saved in Duett to create a profile for the client. Creating a profile allows for the information to be auto-populated in the future if/when another service request is needed for the client.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that identifiable information is NOT submitted in the “add additional details” or “requested schedule hours” box. Providers can see what the CM writes in these boxes. Although Duett is a secure platform, putting identifiable information prevents providers from soliciting and leaving CM out of the referral process.
